Evaluation & Measurement

Having rolled-out an insurance program, it would follow that periodic, independent stock-taking of deliverables takes place to ensure that the objectives of an insurance program are being met. This involves evaluation of quantity, quality and efficacy of delivery. Such evaluations are equally important for the technology-driven insurance initiatives which premise that a well laid out process architecture eliminates deviations and ensures infallible, uniform delivery of insurance.

Whilst review of data obtained from suppliers of various services can help build a macro-level statistical understanding, it is necessary that the activities of the provider-organizations are put to review for gauging actual delivery of insurance. We believe that it is largely the issues at the ground-zero that render delivery of insurance sub-optimal or financially unviable.

We offer, in collaboration with Sigma Research & Consulting (our primary research partners), beneficiaries’ experience surveys, facilities surveys, process compliance review, documentation review, transactions audit, concurrent audit of underwriting & claims activities and analyses of trends.

It is our privilege to be empanelled by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India as an Evaluation and Research Agency for its flagship Public Insurance program. (Click here)
